An on-going and essential part of the KSSAAT operation is the education and training of our personnel to ensure that they are ready for this demanding air ambulance role.  Then, that they maintain and develop knowledge and skills throughout their time at the charity at Clinical Governance days and supervised flying shifts allowing reflection on the work they are doing.
