Presentations for students

  A 15 minute presentation introducing our mascot Dr Dudley who will guide the children through the talk and explain how the air ambulance helps very sick people.  It is a very relaxed and fun way of learning. Stickers will be available to give to the children at the end.
A 30 minute presentation  explaining what the word 'charity' means.  We explain the different types of incidents we attend, how the air ambulance crew work as a team and how fundraising can help us save lives.   Year

  We have a 30 minute presentation explaining the work of the charity and how the air ambulance is deployed. A real life story is given about a young adult who was knocked down while riding his bike and the skills of our crew who helped save his life.
30-40 minute presentation detailing the service we provide and how our air ambulance is deployed attending several types of incidents.  A real life story is given of a young adult who was knocked down on his bike and ways in which fundraising can help.   Year

Careers   An introduction to the various job roles within the Charity which include
Pilots, Engineering, Doctors, Administration, Finance, ICT, an overview of their duties and what qualifications are required as guidance.
15 minute overview of the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), being a charity and the skills brought to the scene.   Assembly
