Charlotte Abraham - Volunteer

Charlotte joined the charity as a volunteer in October 2015. Charlotte was involved in a road traffic accident and had first hand experience of the service when she was airlifted on 29th March 2014. Paramedic Ben Macauley and Doctor Neel Bhanderi attended the scene of her accident.

Charlotte attends events on behalf of the charity and gives talks to local groups, clubs and organisations – both roles are extremely vital in spreading the message about what we do and the difference we make. Alongside her volunteering, Charlotte raises funds for the charity at the salon she manages in Farnham, Surrey.

Charlotte herself says “I have loved my time so far volunteering with the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance and I really look forward to expanding my role as a volunteer in the future. It is so nice to give a little something back to the charity that will forever be a huge part of my life.”
