Annie Hutcheon Dean leaves lasting legacy

We have had some new life-saving equipment very kindly funded through a legacy by Annie Hutcheon Dean.

Our crews are now using the LUCAS 3 device, which is designed to automate chest compressions on patients who are in cardiac arrest. For these patients, every second counts and the advantage of this machine is that it carries out compressions at the same rate, depth and frequency all the time, every time.

We are so grateful for this generous legacy.
